This year will be my fifth Vlogmas (vlogging every day in December up to Christmas? Unsure what it is actually meant to be short for) series.
I am really excited to be doing vlogmas again, but unfortunately broke a collarbone two days before the start of December.
A commenter made the joke that it wouldn’t be vlogmas without a broken bone, and they kind of have a point, at this point. I broke a wrist during vlogmas in 2016 and now, in 2019, have broken a collarbone just before vlogmas was due to start. On one hand, I kind of like that these serious injuries are documented and on the other, I wonder should I just give up playing tag in November and December to be safe!
I broke the collarbone playing tag rugby. Commenters have been asking how I did it, and I had told them tag rugby, but I guess I didn’t understand that what they actually want is more detail, seeing as a non-contact sport breaking your collarbone is pretty odd. So I’ve been joking that I’m about to tell them and then – oh! the doorbell rings etc, but I am actually going to dedicate a video to it, but I have a great idea for it and need a few more days to make it work.
