I changed my diet, exercise routine and lifestyle prior to starting this so I really went for it. However, I stopped short at the grilled chicken for breakfast-protein-only madness and so, was doomed to achieve mediocre results.
I wanted to show you what it was like for a normal person just doing their best, because the facebook pages definitely gave the impression it was SUPER easy for everyone.
